Well, honestly speaking, there’s one guilty pleasure that I can’t help it. Um, I mean, it’s just incredibly wasteful. I know it, but I can’t just give it up. That would definitely be browsing on social media. You know, the biggest time wasters right now in my life are Instagram, YouTube and telegram. Um, I don’t know why. I guess it may be because it helps me to relieve stress. I think it’s more like a means of relaxation for me because whenever I browse on these social networking sites, I kind of feel relieved. At least I forget about my uh, daily stresses. But I know it’s not a good way to start or end the day. But it’same a habit for me to like check my phone first thing in the morning and the last thing in theing before I go to bed. I know it doesn’t give me an energy boost, it doesn’t keep me energized for the day, but uh, like I said, it’s incredibly addictive. Like it literally takes up every minute on my free time. To be honest with you, it even takes up my study or work time. So, uh, instead of working or studying, sometimes I would be, uh, scrolling on social media. Uh, like I said, it’s definitely one of my biggest guilty pleasures. But uh, what can I do? I mean, it’because it’s so incredibly addictive. I can’t get enough of it. Like once I start scrolling, I can’t help it, just keep scrolling down. I know it’s a, ah, really, really unhealthy habit and I’m trying my best to break this habit. But I guess because I carry my phone with me everywhere I go, it’s just difficult to, um, get rid of this habit. I don’t think it’s going to go forever. Uh, I’m a cut down on social media use eventually, but I think I’m not giving up social media for good because I think I need it for my work. I needed for my um, studies and I also need it for entertainment. So I guess I just need to find a way to balance my use of social media with other aspects of my life so that social media doesn’t take over my whole life and it becomes the only way I spend my free time.
