There are many activities which I do to keep myself fit and healthy. But here today I would like to talk about morning walk. I get up early in the morning at 5 am and go for a walk daily. I wear my walking shoes while going on a walk and I target to finish at least 5000 steps a day. I started to go for morning walk 6 months ago with my mother. My mother is very fit and healthy as she goes for a walk and never misses even a single day. I keep my headphones along with me while going for a walk. There are also many benefits of morning walk as there is fresh air and peaceful environment in morning which help us to reduce our anxiety and stress. I also did yoga and exercise when I go for a morning walk sometimes. I promised myself to go for a walk daily and never miss a single day as it keeps me healthy and fit.
