I found it quite jarring because the volume was overhelming, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation with other guests at my table. furthermore, I felt the genre did not match the occasion’s formal tone. While I don’t mind EDM in a club setting, it felt out of place at family-oriented celebration where people of all ages wanted to socialize and dance together.
