I am going to talk about the exercise that is called a pig deck fly. It is almost found in every gym because it is very good exercise to build your chest muscle. So what you actually have to do is there is an instrument for pig deck fly. you sit on the, there is a seat there and you sit on the instrument. There is two levers on the left and right side of your body. You pull the levers, you grab the levers using both hands and the left lever you use your left hand and the right lever you grab it by your right hand and you pull those levers which is, the levers have two weights and and you can adjust the weight and you pull those levers together in front of your chest. So when you pull them together you actually compress your chest muscle and when you move it away from each other your chest muscle is extended. So by repeating this pulling and moving away you are actually contracting and you are getting your chest muscle in tension. So that’s how I did the chest muscle. I saw this instrument and I was wondering, I saw the instrument in June and I was wondering what it does. Then my friend I was able to do it properly and I felt a huge pump in my chest. I was feeling that there is a tension in my chest and it felt really good because when you do an exercise that is successfully affecting your muscle, you feel a certain satisfaction that you are doing it good. It is mostly suited for everyone, however you cannot keep your kids in the gym and I think people over 13 or 12 cannot use it because they may not have enough strength to pull in the pre-deleted stream.
