I noticed that some parents wasn’t qualified to share their toes so it lead to the difficult engagement and the children seemed de-interested as well. To improve, I started to adapt my communication style. I began asking open-ended lessons and creating a more inclusive environment. By doing so, parents become more involved and the children were excited to participate. I learned that communication is not just speaking clearly outside of listening actively and understanding the audience needs. This experience told me that effective communication, further coordination and collaboration is about building relationships and creating the space where everyone feels valued and heard.
