Well, I have come across so many Indian traditional stories such as Mahabharata, Pantatra and all that jazz. But one of them which fascinated me the most that is Ramayana. The story is a great Indian epic. It is about Lord Rama. I first heard it from my grandmother. She is a very good and wonderful storyteller. She uses that kind of face gestures and expressions that make her story more impressive. In this story, the Rama has been sent into exile for 14 years during the time his wife was kidnapped by demon king Ravan. He eventually fought a great battle and defeated Ravan with the help of his brother Lakshman and one of companion Lord Hanuman. The character which impressed me the most at the Hanuman’s character, it shows the human power, he shows us a powerful human strength. In that story, he is the one who can fly over the ocean even he has that much power that he can put one the whole mountain on his shoulder. But as I grew older, I realized that the story, it was not just about the hero and villains, but it was more about that because it taught me the values of determination, truth and honesty.
