Two years ago at the final year of my intermediate, I ordered some books from the Azim publisher in Urdu Bazaar Lahore and they announced that they will send books in four or five days and I ordered some books and the model papers from them and paid for the books online and I didn’t receive the books in the promised time format and I called them for inquiry of the delay and they tell me that the van which is used for the supply order is involved in an accident and the driver’s condition is very serious and they ask for extending some time and finally I received the books after fortnight and because their system of the delivery got damaged due to this accident and finally I received the books after fortnight and I thank to them and this happening this happenings make me more effort for preparing my examinations.
