I'm going to talk about one of my neighbors, who is my next-door neighbor, in fact. I see him usually whenever I'm going out, especially when I'm leaving my building to do my groceries or take my child to school. He is a slightly strange person in terms of his behavior. He's not an impolite person, though, but his behavior is something that usually surprises me.

I see him usually whenever I’m going around, especially when I’m leaving my building and I need to go doing my groceries or I need to take my child to the school. He is a slightly strange person in terms of his behavior. He’s not an impolite person though, but his behavior is something which usually makes me surprised.
