about six months ago I read this book called the miracle morning it really inspired me to try waking up at 5 a.m. and 4 a.m. also and at first it was insanely hard because I was the type of person who would stay in bed as long as possible hitting snooze like few times and five times I mean but little by little it goes easier finally I got to use it too while waking up early and now I wake up at four and even three point like half past 3am without any struggle honestly it’s been a game changer for my life before I used it to wake up already feeling tired and low with low energy like I’m not sure if I’m gonna be able to do this, but I’m gonna try to do it.
