Recently I made a good change in my daily life. I started to wake up early in the morning around 5 o’clock before I always woke up late and didn’t have enough time to do everything. I made this change because I wanted to be more active and have more time for myself. I got to bed earlier, no and try not to use my phone before sleeping. This change is really good for me. In the morning I can read, do some exercise and plan my day. I feel more relaxed and ready for work. I feel happy about this change because my day is more organized and I have more energy. I want to keep this habit in the future.
