Well, I was born and brought up in a beautiful town called Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. It is a lively city where both history and modern life coexist. It is nestled in a valley surrounded by lush green hills. It is also renowned for its ancient temples, stunning architecture, and UNESCO World Heritage sites like Swayambhunath and the Kathmandu Valley. Unfortunately, it is also one of the most populated and polluted cities in Nepal. Now it has become a residential zone, and cafes have sprung up, leaving little to no space for children to play as we did back then. The government has also been taking legal actions by initiating campaigns and lowering electric vehicle prices for people to purchase them, which is a positive step towards reducing carbon emissions. Despite the traffic conditions and pollution, Kathmandu remains the heart of the cities, politics, economy, and culture.
