I learned to prepare caponata about a year ago. I remember I was scrolling through my YouTube feed and then I saw a video of a woman who was showing her caponata, and she was actually sharing her recipe. I enjoyed the video, and it looked so good that I was excited to try it. I decided to prepare it the same day I saw the video, and it came out perfectly. I was cooking at home, and all my family tried it. They enjoyed it, and I enjoyed it myself. The ingredients I used were cherry tomatoes, spaghetti, some herbs, and cheese. I believe that was it. I felt really good when I tried it and it came out good. For the first time, it was almost perfect.
