Personally, I'm a big fan of Asian cuisine, and my favorite food at that moment was rice and chicken. I was 14 years old when one day my mom said that I had to learn how to prepare my favorite meal. I told her it was rice and chicken, and she said, okay, we're going to see how you prepare this type of meal. I started cooking rice, and when I finished, I was glad to see my results, and it was delicious. Then I cooked the chicken, and it was also delicious. It's a warm memory for me, and I actually love to prepare food and learn how to cook. I think that's a valuable skill. I was at home learning, and now I cook well. My mom always taught me how to prepare this and that, and I also prefer to try new, delicious meals. I'm always looking for good taste and flavor, so right now I'm learning how to prepare our traditional meal, Bishwarmak, at home too.
