I recently decided to stop using a shopping app called DA. A friend recommended it as a one-stop shop for everything, so I downloaded it and ordered some household items like a pan and a mixer grinder, as well as some clothes for myself. The delivery was on time, but when I checked the items, they were not of good quality. I tried to complain, but my complaint was ignored. I had a few other negative experiences with the app, and ultimately decided to stop using it. It simply didn't deliver on its promises and the customer service was poor. I've since switched to a different online marketplace that has been much more reliable.

One day I needed some stuffs for my house and um for myself as well. So I decided to do some shopping online. Um my one of my friends recommended me to download the DA app which is uh a um marketplace to buy everything that we require at one place using that app only. So I downloaded it and ordered some household stuff like uh uh pan and mix uh mixture grinder and also some clothes for myself like tank tops and t shirts. The goods were delivered on time however when I checked on the goods the goods were not of good quality and I also um complain them about complain them about it. However my complaint was not um heard and replied properly and they did not review it which uh um created a bad impression on me. And then after um I had some other bad experiences using this app and I uh finally concluded to stop using this app as uh it did not deliver uh things and uh promises that that it priorly made.
