Here today, I would like to talk about some technology I used but recently decided to stop using. I encountered some issues with this technology that had both negative and positive effects. First of all, I remember when I got a smartphone in 2018 after completing my SSC exam with good results. My father was very satisfied with me, and as a result, he inspired me by giving me a mobile phone. I was very impressed with this phone, and I used it all the time. I engaged with a lot of media and various platforms, but I also wasted a lot of time on gaming programs. I spent a lot of time just passing the moment. After completing my diploma in civil engineering, my father and I discussed my future. He provided a lot of suggestions, emphasizing that there is more to life than just computers or mobile phones. He encouraged me to focus on my studies and prepare for my exams to create a better future. Eventually, I decided to stop using the phone and limit my online activities. I aimed to focus on my exam preparation, so for about two to four months, I stopped using Facebook and other technologies. I believe this decision has helped me concentrate better on my studies and work towards my goals.
