Nowadays technology is growing day by day. Everyone gets, get attracted to it. Uh, when I was studying uh, 12th standard in uh, 2021 of my friends used to uh, say that use um, technology and you can, you can loop around whatever you want. Um, there is an uh, app called Instagram which I use uh, daily. So. And it rains most of my time. One day I decided to stop using this Instagram, uh, because when I want to focus on a particular work, I eventually in the mind, the Instagram strikes in the mind. So I get distracted from that work. Um, so one day I decided to stop this uh uh, Instagram using anymore. So I went to the mirror and standing in front of the mirror and I uh, and I think that uh, if, if I continued using this technology even more then I may in trouble, I may not uh, I may not in a position to achieve my goals. So I went to my brother and I asked what is the advantages of Instagram and disadvantages. He replied me in a polite way and uh, uh, described, he described about the uh uh, technology and what is happening in the UH, Instagram. Then I uh, then I decided to not use anymore this technology. If I want to gain any information through the uH, through this app, I can get the same information from other technologies as well. So I decided to stop using that technology.
