Choosing the right decision can indeed be daunting for everyone. I know many intelligent individuals who have made great decisions in their lives. Today I'd like to highlight a person I know well who has made a particularly good decision in her life. She is none other than my bosom friend Sajani. I visited her house last month to spend some time together. While we were talking, she told me about a special video that she had seen recently. She had found it on YouTube. It was a meditation practice that explained the benefits of meditation. There are a lot of things available on that YouTube channel, and she decided to practice meditation regularly. Now she has noticed significant positive changes in her life. In the past, she was very aggressive and often argued over minor tasks, earning her the nickname 'Angry Bird.' But since she started meditating, she's become much calmer and more patient. It's amazing how much of a difference this one decision has made in her life.
