This technique is I spen 15 minutes fully focused on my study and stay away from some various distractions around me like a phone, laptops or comic books like this. I have a small rest to 10 we need to recharge my batteries. For example in my final math test is really difficult because I’NOT good in math. Okay. And. And I use use this technique. I have to 15 minutes first to look again and take note the previous electctro and yeah. I have a 10 minute to serve a funny video to rechar my batteries and I have to next 15 minutes to do my homework. Yeah, I think it’s so effective for me me get a good score of this subject. Beside in my school I always have 6 or 7 lessons whichainsns to be 7 hour continuous makes situation so tired and distracted. And my school always have 10 minutes between the um among the lessons since for study to take not the electctro uh. Are relaxed after stress time of the less lesson. I feel so comfortable to go to school.
