Well, I have been returning something to a shop recently, but I had a really pleasant situation. I was looking for a new bag for my mom's birthday gift, and I found a really good one in a gas station shop. It was a fancy bag, but I hadn't checked it before I purchased it. When I gave it to my mom, we realized that the straps came off and the back pocket of the bag was ripped. That's why I needed to return it to the shop, but the employees gave me a refund and also offered me a gift as compensation. So, despite wasting time, I didn't feel upset, and I just bought my mom another bag. I believe that I should have checked this bag before I bought it. So, right now, I check every piece of goods that I buy.
