During my whole day, I use many things that are helpful for me, but today I would like to talk about a particular item without which I cannot spend my whole day. That item is television. I believe television plays an important role in my life when I feel bored or tired. At that time, television entertains me; in addition, it provides extensive knowledge about different fields and enhances my thoughts. So, it is very important for me. It also improves my physiotherapy knowledge because on a daily basis, from 6 PM to 8 PM, I watch different assessment and management programs related to physiotherapy, specifically on the Physiopedia website. With the help of television, I enhance my expertise in the physiotherapy field. I believe without it, I cannot spend my whole day because if I don't use television, I feel very disheartened as I can't get any new information from it, which directly puts negative impacts on my mind. I believe television plays a major role in my life.
