So there was this project that’s cool when I was in 10th grade where we could visit a group called the Galaxy Group of Companies that owns some large businesses like Yervan Mall, Yukon and some others. And we had an opportunity to visit each of them to understand what do they do in their businesses, to understand how everything works. And I participated in that project with some other students and we had a test to make a presentation about one of the companies to elaborate about their jobs and try to make others understand the whole process of the business. And I was chosen as the leader of one of the groups because I had various ideas to talk about and it made me feel confident because everyone was being led by me and my ideas. So in the end our group managed to get the highest score and everyone liked our project. So I got a certificate for good leadership and since then I felt more confident being a leader of various groups. And I try to be the most active person in all of projects so I can be more popular in that sphere and it also makes me get more knowledge and more leadership skills that I can definitely use in future. So in future I’m going to start a business and I think this project and opportunities will make it easier to be more enhanced in that sphere. So I will continue to be active and lead as many projects as I can.
