So there was this project that was cool when I was in 10th grade where we could visit a group called the Galaxy Group of Companies that owns some large businesses like Yervan Mall, Yukon, and some others. We had an opportunity to visit each of them to understand what they do in their businesses and how everything works. I participated in that project with some other students, and we had a task to make a presentation about one of the companies to elaborate on their jobs and help others understand the whole process of the business. I was chosen as the leader of one of the groups because I had various ideas to discuss, and it made me feel confident because everyone was being led by me and my ideas. In the end, our group managed to get the highest score, and everyone liked our project. I received a certificate for good leadership, and since then, I have felt more confident being a leader of various groups. I try to be the most active person in all projects so I can be more recognized in that sphere, and it also helps me gain more knowledge and leadership skills that I can definitely use in the future. In the future, I'm going to start a business, and I think this project and the opportunities will make it easier to excel in that area. I will continue to be active and lead as many projects as I can.
