Okay, well a couple of months ago I noticed that I had some problems concentrating on daily tasks or school homeworks Because of my lack of concentration on my studies, I have got a lot of incorrect answers in the listening and reading sections of my English language courses But one day, one of my friends advised me to do regular exercises such as yoga or running every day These are really helpful for enhancing and boosting your concentration, especially for reading and listening in the aisles I started to do them every day in the morning and after three months I noticed that I had many more correct answers in listening and reading by doing the exercise regularly and practicing yoga every day I think these are really helpful. At that time I also started to practice it I began to complete all my tasks calmly and with focus my classmates were wondering how I achieved such success in my studies After these outstanding results I realized that I should continue with yoga and running Additionally, I began to recommend these exercises and yoga classes to others, encouraging them to do them daily I admitted that these practices are really beneficial for health and people and I found that by improving my sleep I could enhance my concentration and performance in my studies so I think it’s important
