Now I am going to talk about the first time I spoke a foreign language. It was English a couple of years ago. During that period, I was struggling with stress and anxiety. After that, I started listening to Jordan Peterson's lectures to pull myself out of depression and manage my stress. It happened after I joined an online discussion group. There were people from different countries talking about self-development. I was speaking with a guy from Canada.
