But here I would like to talk about a time when we are not allowed to use a mobile phone up 3 years ago. I was in my back home and as I am a sports person I play volleyball very well. one day me and my friend decided to play volleyball on our village ground in the evening. So we all go over there and we meet our team in a two groups and start to play volleyball. Then one of the person decided we are not using our mobile phones during whole our game. Then we switch off our phones and put into a one bag and kept aside. Then we start playing football. We are played almost 3 hours and we didn’t realize that our smartphones are not with us so we are playing we do a lot of fun and we stay positive over there we are physical fitness and we are mentally stressed out and after that after three hours we realize we can live without our phones without our phones that day
