Well, there are lots of traditional festivals we celebrate in our nation, like Pahala Beusher and Tate Festival, but most of the time we celebrate at Pahala Beusher. During this time, we make many dishes because without food, it is incomplete. At that moment, I like to prepare a dish called Shoshirish because Hoshirish is our national fish. By adding some mustard, it becomes our traditional health food. We also need yellow powder and some chili. First, we need all the fish, and then we put it in a pan. When the fish is almost ready, we add some mustard because that is the tradition. After preparing the dish, we serve it with some onion and chili. I also like to eat it with some cabbage, meat, and pepper. I like this dish very much because, as a fish lover, I enjoy it the most during traditional festivals.
