Now I am going to tell you about a favorite food at a traditional festival. In our country, there are various festivals, but among them, one of the most famous is Bohela Boshak, which means it is the Bengali New Year; it is the first day of the New Year. During our Bengali New Year, there are a lot of activities to do, including eating food. When it comes to food, I like hill shall fry the most. Hill shall fry means a fish that is deep-fried. It is made by using oil to fry it. We eat it with rice. Actually, I love it; I love it a lot. In Bohela Boshak, every person in our country eats hill shall fry and white rice for lunch and dinner. They even eat this for breakfast. I feel good about it. It is our Bengali tradition to eat hill shall fry during Bohela Boshak. I love it. Thank you.
