As a foodie, I always try different types of food. Most of the food was prepared by my mother. Today, I would like to talk about a traditional food that is prepared at festivals. I am very fond of paesh, which is made mostly during festivals. The dish is prepared with rice and milk. First, rice is poured into the milk and stirred until the consistency is good. Then, different types of nuts like almonds, cashew nuts, and crushed cardamom are added to enhance the flavor. Finally, when it is ready, butter is mixed in. It is my favorite dish at any festival because it carries a lot of emotions. Many people come to visit our home on this occasion, and we enjoy this food together. So, it is not only a dish but also a symbol of relationships.
