So people always prefer to gain a significant amount of money so they can purchase and spend money on things or essential things that they need in their lives. In addition, in big companies there are a lot of employees, managers and teams and people like to know each other and get expertise from each other other and exchange knowledge and people in my country are so receptive to new ideas and like to discuss problems with teams and like to see the work out implemented in big companies so it’s likely to be more professional and more reliable so that helps them advance their and feel like they are an integral part of big work and essential and imperative work that companies do it.
