In my humble opinion, yes. Currently, many people read a lot compared to the previous year. Why I'm saying this is because whenever I go to the library, I see dozens of people who are reading books. When I'm in the subways or on the buses, whenever I'm using public transport, I see at least three people who are using their gadgets or holding books. So I think this trend, this proportion, will rise in the future too.
