Well, yes, I believe that people spend too much time using technology nowadays. Originally, technology was developed to make our lives easier and to complete tasks faster and more easily. But nowadays people use all their free time just scrolling through the feed and doing nothing special, nothing useful. So I believe that time spent in front of our computers and smartphones and on social media should be limited, although it is quite a difficult task to stop using social media and put our smartphones down.
