I do not really agree that customers are more likely to complain about this unless they have a concern or they have an issue facing with it. I feel that I am more intent to believe that the people would complain only if they have received a service or if they have faced a bad experience or if they have received an unfair experience, if they have received bad quality goods or products, in that case they are really concerned about their products. If they really have such issues or such purpose, they are likely to complain unless they are not just simply complaining.
