Well, personally, it is very important for the company to have a test to check whether if the candidate qualified for the job, like they have critical thinking or they have better information retention. However, I think the company shouldn’t have only one test about intelligence, because working effectively is not totally depend on intelligence or critical thinking, but it tonsil on the personality at the attitude. So to choose the most suitable employees, the company should implement a comprehensive test to take all the aspects of the candidates.
