I think it would depend on the person, but for me, I prefer swimming indoors. I have a problem with sunburn and skin infections. Whenever I swim outdoors, I always get a dark tan and my skin starts to burn. It's very irritating, even though I apply a lot of moisturizers and sunscreen.
