I'll say it's quite mixed. In Taiwan, many people still eat traditional meals with vegetables, rice, and soup, which can be quite balanced. However, younger generations are more influenced by Western food, like fast food and bubble tea. I think this is due to busy lifestyles, and some people choose convenience over nutrition.
