I believe that technology, especially social media, can have both positive and negative impacts on people's lives. It depends on how they use it. For instance, if someone is constantly engaged with their smartphone and social media like Instagram or Twitter, it can lead to fewer real-life conversations with others. On the other hand, some people use technology to organize events for special occasions, make appointments, and meet face to face, which can actually bring people closer together.
