Well, I think social media has affected both sides. On the connecting side, social media can integrate more people from different backgrounds. For example, they can communicate with each other, even if they live in other countries, or they can communicate and also negotiate on the business side. But on the other hand, there is a tendency that social media has divided into two parts: some famous celebrities and their followers. And by seeing luxury life, some low-income families or maybe other middle-income families can be dissatisfied with their life. So overall, social media has improved people's life.
