I know somebody that avoid music because of different reasons, reason, maybe personal reason, religious reason, but in my opinion human nature needs to be happy and one of the most effective instrument for this is music. When the government as long as we pay tasks has the duty to provide the background and framework to expand these possibilities to better have the opportunity to play music especially government can put some grants on doing some concerts during the year in different festivals and make people and popular generation. Happy. It’s really worth it, I think.
