Well, I think it really depends on the situation of each country in general. I believe it's a good idea to invest more in concerts as they can bring about a lot of social and cultural benefits. For example, they help promote local artists, attract tourists, and even strengthen the community's spirit. However, I don't think that spending on concerts should be the priority while there are other urgent issues like education or health care that need more funding. Overall, I think the government should invest in concerts to some extent, but the funding spent on them should be more balanced.
