I believe there are two sides to that issue. That's why I can see a yes and no answer as a valid response. First of all, automated systems could diminish human problem-solving abilities and critical thinking, but on the other hand, these automated systems could help people save energy, money, and time. That's why I think, in my view, these technologies help humans.
