Yes, definitely it’s really important. Specifically, when you’re uncertain about something, you tend to be like, try your best and harder in order to meet your expectations instead of you know the result. And if you know what you’re gonna activate, your result may be worse or it doesn’t even meet your standard. And that really can lead to burnout and stress over time. Furthermore, when you’re also uncertain about something, you also try your best to use all your knowledge and capabilities in order to done the job or the study.
