The topic of education is a complex multi-phase debt issues that require careful considerations. Education is not merely a straightforward process, it is an intricate system that evolves in real time and encompasses a wide variety of elements. It unfolds not just cognitive skills but also essential interpersonal abilities, practical and theoretical knowledge and personal development. All this is basically an integral role in preparing individuals for life, highlighting the significance of a well-rounded educational experience. Right now we are focusing on the education system in Indonesia itself. I find it lacking in many areas. One major issue is related to human resources, particularly the treatment and the compensation of teachers. The pay for educators is often insufficient, which can detract from their motivation and effectiveness in teaching. When teachers are underpaid, it adversely impacts their ability to purchase high-quality materials and deliver engaging lessons to their students. In addition to the issues with human resources, I believe that the education materials available in Indonesia are often inadequate. Government-issued textbooks frequently fail to meet contemporary standards and do not align with the current educational needs and expectations or demands. The gap in the quality of educational resources bothers, hinders the overall learning experience and limits students’ potential. Moreover, access to facilities currently varies based on the social economic status leading to a significant disparity in educational affords needs. Those who can afford higher tuition fees are often granted access to a far superior facilities, which it is iniqual in education throughout Indonesia throughout this country. These ongoing problems continue to lack the Indonesia education system, creating challenges that demand attention and resolution for some condition in the future.
