I am living in India, and India is a multicultural country. There are many dishes that are very famous in India, and most of the dishes are sweet. Today, I would like to talk about one of my favorite dishes, which is Suji. It is my favorite because it is very delicious and requires very few ingredients to make. There are many dishes, but these are often very costly because they require more ingredients. For preparation, we need one pan, and in the pan, we need to add some milk and some Suji. We have to sauté for 2-3 minutes and then add some ghee so that the texture of the Suji becomes soft and spongy. After 5-6 minutes, if the color of the Suji is not good, then add some water and mix well. After 5 minutes, if the color of the Suji is still not good, then add some water and mix well. So, this is my favorite dish, and I love it.
