I really like this because it makes people feel comfortable and valued. I want to develop this habit because I sometimes don’t listen to people carefully and I may misunderstand others. By learning from Fira, I hope I can become a better listener and make stronger relationships with my friends and my family. To improve this habit, I plan to focus more when people speak. I ask questions to understand them carefully and avoid interrupting. I also want to practice being more patient and calm during conversations.
