I believe life is full of learning. Young people are motivated to learn new things by following an elder person. If they observe how an elder person is working, they can be motivated by following them. I personally believe we get motivated when we see others' hard work. Hard work can help us reach our destiny. That's why if young people follow an elder person for motivation, they can be inspired and learn new things.

If they look at the elder person, how they are working, then they are able to be motivated by following them. I personally believe we get motivated when we see others’ hard work. Hard work can help us to reach our destiny. That’s why if a young people follow an elder person to be motivated, then they are able to be motivated and they are able to learn new things.
