First of all, I think everyone should be prepared that artificial intelligence is one of the most popular topics these days, and it's very important to know how to work with it. For example, in the near future, most workplaces will be replaced by robots, and everyone should be able to work with these robots to engage with this type of customer. Actually, I think the education system needs to allow for more freedom. For example, I think our schools need to be more like a place of freedom. Everyone should find it very attractive. It must not seem like jail.
