I think it’s due to the overpopulation. There are almost 8 billion people on the world which creates a lot of job positions and also people. In the past, the companies had 10 or 15 positions and 5 or 6 volunteers to work in that role. But notice, most companies have 2 or 3 positions, but 50 or 60 candidates were striving to get this vote. And I think it’s mainly because of overpopulation, and there might be something related to the less knowledge. have less knowledge these days and so most of them are working on themselves and improving their knowledge to get the positions they’re intended.
