I think the increasing use of social media affects people positively and negatively. Positively, it makes people aware of what's going on around them and in the world, gaining knowledge, seeing different people, and discovering new trends. Negatively, the reels affect their emotions; each video evokes different feelings, which can impact their emotional state.
