The internet has a significant impact on people's lives today. On the positive side, it makes communication much easier. Through social media platforms like TikTok, WeChat, and Twitter, people can connect with friends and family across the globe instantly. However, the internet also has negative impacts, such as social isolation and increased peer pressure. The constant exposure to curated online personas can lead to feelings of inadequacy and comparison, impacting our mental health and well-being.
