I think outdoor activities are very important. They allow children to learn something that indoor activities do not provide. For example, sensory play. They can go out in the sand, play in the park, and engage with society. They can meet new friends and learn how to communicate and socialize. While indoors, there may not be enough people their age, so they won't be able to learn as much.
