From my point of view, I can say that cultural exchange helps a lot in many ways. For example, I can provide information about the collapse of the Soviet Union before the collapse. There was, for example, the United States was the enemy between the USSR and they treat each other as the enemy. people treat each other as an enemy. People from the ex-Soviet Union, for example, from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia went to the America to study and we recognized that we are no threats, we are no enemies, we are all humans. And now we live in in society that we can understand each other problems, we can understand that we are all living in the same planet. It’s from my point of view, it provides empathy between nations and between societies.
